Understanding the Accessory Activator Pack
When assembled in the proper order, the special Isolated and Insulated Track sections have
a powered inside rail and only one powered outside rail. The other outside rail is
electrically isolated, or “dead.” If you connect an accessory to the isolated outside rail and the
powered center rail (using the wires that are already attached to the track), you can turn on
your accessories with your rolling stock by completing an electrical circuit through the wheels
and axles. The two rails are “bridged” through the axles, powering the isolated rail. When the
isolated rail is powered, your accessory receives power.
This is a simple way to operate Crossing Gates, Crossing Flashers, and other simple “on-or off”
accessories.
Will run your Lionel, Kline, MTH, Weaver, MDK, or any O/O27 trains! Gauge: O -027 Gauge.
